Inderpreet Banga is Vice President of Channel & Distribution Strategy at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (WHR), the world’s largest and most diverse hotel business, with a global portfolio of more than 9,200 hotels and over 800,000 rooms in 80 countries. Inder focuses on setting company distribution strategy with regards to online travel agencies, wholesale and metasearch across the globe. In addition, he oversees the overall channel strategy to optimize the hotel portfolio leading to higher profitability and lowest cost of distribution across all channels. Prior to distribution, Inder was in both franchise/managed revenue management for 3 years. Inder excelled with initiatives surpassing double digit RevPAR growth. Inder’s principal accomplishment in RM was implementation of a project with a cost of $300K which exceeded $4M in gross rooms’ revenue for the portfolio or an astounding 12x ROI and exceeding 100% RevPAR growth over 2 years. Inder holds an M.B.A. in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the Rutgers Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University. Prior to joining New Castle Hotels, Vince was the President and owner of Network Hospitality Consultants, which owned and operated 2 hotels and a 4 star Inn with a large restaurant / catering operation. Vince was also with several industry leaders such as Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Interstate Hotels, Beacon Hotels, and The Iyannough Management where he held such Positions as General Manager, Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Operations, and Director of Food & Beverage, Corporate Executive Chef and Executive Chef. Vince is also a Certified Food & Beverage Executive (C.F.B.E.) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. In 1996, he joined New Castle Hotels as a Food & Beverage Specialist assisting in the opening of the Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax, Nova Scotia, The Sheraton Hotel in Waterbury CT. Then was brought on as Vice President of Food & Beverage / Managing Director of Provender & Special Projects Manager for New Castle Hotels & Resort overseeing the development of the food & beverage operations as it pertains to the Training of associates in Culinary concepts, service, menu development, food & beverage marketing and new concept designs and implementation. During this time, Vince has been involved in the construction development and building of 32 hotels as well the development of restaurant concepts such as Basil’s, The Limestone Grille, Godfrey’s Grille, Rioja’s, SB&G, The Reserve Steakhouse, Salty’s and The Ripley Grille. Vince currently oversees the 21 operating hotels and 6 hotels that are under development. Vince also oversees all the Rooms Division Operations, including housekeeping, were in 2016 Vince revamped all the tools, chemicals and training support of this department to bring it into the 21st century with regards to how guest rooms are cleaned and serviced today as compared to 25 years ago. Since the roll out of the new Housekeeping Programing, the company has seen great success in associate retention, productivity and morale. Michael L. Blank is a Principal at Woodmont Lodging. Mr. Blank has over 20 years of lodging industry experience including real estate investments, capital markets, hospitality and tourism consulting and hotel operations. Prior to co-founding Woodmont Lodging in 2015, Mr. Blank was an executive at RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) where he had portfolio analysis, transaction, and corporate finance responsibilities. Most recently, Mr. Blank managed the company's Business Intelligence function, which was responsible for portfolio data analysis. During his tenure at RLJ, Mr. Blank formalized and expanded RLJ’s business analytic function, enhancing the data collection and reporting processes of over 125 hotels and 16 different management companies. Mr. Blank also held positions in Asset Management with oversight of a portfolio of focused-service Marriott and Hilton branded hotels and in Investment and Portfolio Analysis underwriting over $2.4 billion in potential lodging transactions. Additionally, he managed the successful closing of multiple acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining RLJ in 2010, Mr. Blank worked in acquisitions and dispositions at Host Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: HST) and in equity research at FBR Capital Markets covering publicly-traded lodging REITs. Mrs. Chivers specializes in asset management and oversight of hotel operations, property improvement plans, and strategic re-positioning of hospitality assets. Ms. Chivers also oversees construction management of new-build development and conversion projects for several clients. Mrs. Chivers has over 13 years of professional experience in real estate transactions and over 10 years of experience in hospitality operations. As vice president, competitive intelligence, Mr. Collazo is responsible for ensuring effective cross-utilization of intelligence in a manner that optimizes IHG’s revenues and industry share. He oversees a broad range of functional responsibilities, including: competitive performance analysis, predictive analytics/modeling and interpreting the macro-economic environment. Previously, Mr. Collazo served as vice president, performance strategy & planning where he led global and regional IHG brand performance analysis as well as evaluating current economic trends and forecasts and utilizing both to develop industry forecasts that drove IHG annual budgeting process. Mr. Collazo also served as vice president, operations strategy & planning in the Americas where he was instrumental in establishing divisional and company objectives, developing long-range and strategic plans, and creating industry-based performance benchmarks for the company. Before joining InterContinental Hotels Group in April 2002, Mr. Collazo was vice president, strategic brand knowledge with Marriott International where he led their guest satisfaction program and competitive analysis group. In various roles at hotel and technology companies, Helsel was responsible for topline revenue departments including revenue management, distribution, sales, marketing and contact center services, as well as guest loyalty and guest relations. Additionally, she has led IT strategy for small hotel companies. Ryan Lynch is a Business Development Executive at STR with their Industry Partners team. Since 1987, STR has been the source for premium global data benchmarking, analytics and marketplace insights in the hospitality industry. Through their data and comprehensive reports, STR empowers clients to strategize and compete within their markets. As a part of the Industry Partners team, Ryan works with their non-hotelier clients including but not limited to, appraisers, analysts, consultants, developers, planners, investors, and vendors. In his current role as a Business Development Executive, he serves as both the Sales Representative and Account Manager for all of his clients helping them make informed and strategic decisions using STR data. In addition to these responsibilities, Ryan is also often called upon to deliver a variety of hospitality industry overview presentations at conferences across the country with audiences ranging for 50 to 250 attendees. Kerry Mack is the Executive Vice President of Revenue & Distribution for Highgate Hotels. She joined Highgate in 2005 and has over 25 years of hotel experience with over 20 of those years in Revenue Management. Kerry’s responsibilities include direct oversight for Highgate’s 100+ properties as well as the planning and execution of the company’s property level revenue management strategies, pricing policies, CRM Program, and E-Commerce/Social Media initiatives. Prior to joining Highgate, Kerry has held property, regional and corporate Revenue Management positions throughout Manhattan with the Melrose Hotel Company and the Camberly Hotel Company. Vinay Patel was born of Indian decent in Malawi, Africa. At the age of 8, he and his family migrated to the United States, where he assisted at the family motel doing everything from housekeeping to working the front desk. Upon graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Marketing and B.A. in Business, Vinay continued the family business at a small 15-room motel in Richmond, Virginia. Vinay and his father bought a piece of property in Stafford, Virginia, where no one would give them a franchise because of their lack of experience in a larger and franchised hotel. After being turned down by countless franchise companies, Carlson gave them a chance to build the first Country Inn and Suites in Virginia. Since then, Vinay has built 3 additional Country Inn and Suites and has several in the pipeline. Presently, Vinay is the President of Fairbrook Hotels, which owns and operates 11 hotels, including IHG, Hilton, Carlson, Choice, and Wyndham brands. Vinay has been a passionate champion for hoteliers in the nation’s capital. His leadership in advocacy includes testifying before the U.S. House of Representatives on regulatory issues affecting franchisees, hosting round table meetings with public officials to illustrate the importance of the lodging industry on the American economy, and working with lawmakers on banking rules that affect small business owners. Colin V. Reed became chief executive officer of Ryman Hospitality Properties (formerly Gaylord Entertainment Company) in May 2001. Reed was named in August 2004 by the Company's board of directors as chairman and added those responsibilities in May 2005. Blake Reiter is the Director of Custom Forecasts for STR. He has over 13 years of experience in the lodging sector, including hotel consulting as well as development on both the principal and operator side. Mr. Reiter spent the first 6+ years of his career working for Ernst & Young in their Hospitality Advisory Services group. There, he focused on projects spanning all facets of the lodging industry, including feasibility, due diligence, single asset and portfolio transactions, management company selection, design and amenities, valuations, as well as extensive work with management agreements. Following E&Y, Mr. Reiter worked for 3+ years for an independent real estate developer on several New York City-based ground-up hotel developments. In 2008, Chris left Hilton to lead a small hotel management company to then shortly return to the Hilton family in 2011 with the Revenue Management team. Chris holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration – Finance and resides in Dallas with his wife and two children.

He has over 13 years industry experience, over 10 years with Hilton, focus in revenue management across varying brands, regions and hotels. In recent years, as Corporate Director Revenue, his primary role was to design, develop, and deploy tools and business processes that drive performance at corporate and hotel level. Most recently he began a new journey with Hilton’s Data + Analytics group, leading Sales & Revenue Management Analytics globally. Matthew has Bachelors in Marketing and HR from Portland State University, while having done extended education with Cornell and John Hopkins University. Mr. Woodworth has been quoted on hospitality issues in such noted publications as The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Washington Post, Barron’s, USA Today, The Financial Times and numerous industry publications.
